This policy explains how Auditzoid Group ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through auditzoid.com and its subdomains. The group comprises Auditzoid India Private Limited, Auditzoid Global Services Private Limited and Auditzoid Automations, with their office at 499D, 2nd Floor, NSR Road, Saibaba Colony, K.K. Pudhur, Coimbatore 641038.

What we collect

• Enquiries and demo requests: your name, business name, mobile number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, qualification, experience, CV and any message you include.
• Employee verification searches: the name or employee ID you search for. We do not ask who you are.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask about.
• To assess your job application.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our office email through our hosting and email provider, Cloudflare. Our office email is hosted by Google. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to two years, or longer if you become a client, in which case your engagement terms apply.
• Job applications: six months from the date of application, unless you join us.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase the personal data you have given us, and withdraw consent for its future use. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Personal data request". We will respond within 30 days.

Employee verification

Our verification page shows only what is needed to confirm that a person works for the group: name, employee ID, designation, group entity, employment status and photograph. Employees are informed that this information is published for verification.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
